Welcome to Janan ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), operated at doostsho.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Janan governing your access to and use of the App and its features. By creating an account, tapping "I accept", or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. By using the App you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the service under any applicable law. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure. One person may hold one account; accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred. You may sign in on one device at a time.
Janan is a community for meeting new people. To keep it safe, you agree not to:
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report content or a user, and block any user, directly inside the App. Reports are reviewed and we may remove content and remove or ban offending users, typically within 24 hours of a report. Repeat or serious violations result in permanent removal.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Janan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Janan does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution and good judgment, especially when meeting someone in person. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App.
Sharing your location is optional and off by default; the App works fully without it. If you choose to turn on the distance filter, you grant us permission to take a single approximate location reading at that moment and to use it to show other users a rough distance to you. We do not track you continuously or in the background.
The feature is reciprocal: a distance is shown only between users who have both enabled it. Your coordinates, address, and map position are never shown to other users. You may turn the feature off at any time, which deletes the stored coordinates. The city on your profile is chosen by you and is not derived from your device location.
You agree not to use distance information to locate, follow, stalk, or harass another user, or to attempt to derive anyone's precise location or address from it. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and of section 3, and may result in suspension or termination. Distances are approximate and provided for convenience only; do not rely on them for safety decisions.
We may disable the distance filter entirely, for all users or in particular regions, where required by law or where we consider it necessary for user safety.
The App may offer coins, subscriptions, and other virtual items for purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms. Virtual items and coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and, except where required by law or store policy, are non-refundable. Prices and offerings may change.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms others or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any match or relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janan and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or from your interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
